Townsend’s A2 Similar, sometimes inseparable, but almost always 1-Element Phrases in 1st Section; Hermit more likely to have 2-Element Phrases with fairly abrupt pitch changes. Buzzes tend to be denser, can be pure Buzzes; Hermit never has purely Buzzy Phrases in 1st Section, and Buzzy Phrases have 2 Elements, the 2nd a Clear slur.
Townsend’s Very similar to Hermit, but ending Buzzes a bit denser than typical Hermit which tends to end songs with higher upslur or rising 2-Element Phrases, not Buzzy/Clear downslur; some overlap.
